‘Go make disciples’ who will make disciples! Chi Alpha holds the conviction that collegiate students are poised to 'transform the University, Marketplace & World!' as Kingdom-minded, life-long disciple-makers wherever God calls them!

Christ calls “some” (Eph 4) XA grads to a pastoral path or missions. The XA CMIT (Campus Ministry In-Training) serves as their next step.

Yet, the Lord calls the vast majority of XA grads as engineers. film-makers, nurses, architects, teachers & more! Recently, XA leaders are paving next-steps for disciple-makers like you to Love the Church & Transform the Marketplace!

Our XA Church & Marketplace Call?

Most XA grads have been on missions trips that were fruitful by going ‘together’ in teams! “What IF?”... We leverage XA’s ‘Family & Army of God’ mindset and urge XA grads to set the American Dream on its head?

Our XA Church & Marketplace Dream is Happening!

In August 2022, two sets of XA grads prioritized the dream of loving the church & transforming the marketplace above the American Dream! Two grads committed to join a team BEFORE applying for programming & architect jobs!

In our new dream, we've prayerfully identified churches ready to empower XA disciple-makers called to the marketplace! Recent Texas XA graduates & those graduating in a semester or so fill out this survey (link). Then, they're called to consider joining a team of 5+ like-minded XA alumni ready to serve a church together.

XA grads like Diego, Josh, Todd & Manny… Megan, Phoebe, Danielle & Yulissa stepped out by faith to form two teams!

While working in the marketplace, they’ve been welcomed & empowered to serve two churches: one in Dallas & another in Austin. They lead 5 church small groups & serve in ministries like: children, youth, young-adults & bilingual services. Pastors are thrilled by the teams’ servanthood & spiritual vibrancy as they love the churches & transform their communities!
